![]() Though I love Guinness draft and it works great for beer layering, it isn't the only game in town. I picked up some cans of Murphy's Stout last week and tried one on top of a bottle of Goose Island 312. (FYI - Murphy's uses a nitrogen widget in its cans like Guinness to increase the creaminess of the head when poured.) The layer separation was really nice and the taste of course, is great. So... if you can't find Guinness for your Black and Tans, be sure to give Murphy's a try.
