Black Czech Challenge!

Thomas from Kansas sent me some feedback saying that he had trouble using the beer layering tool. He told me he used a microbrew stout from Manhatten KS and Pilsner Urquell. He said that when he poured the stout over the Pilsner, the stout flowed to the bottom.  I told him to try reversing the layers and pour the pilsner over the stout as it appeared that the pilsner is the lighter of the two beers.  Hopefully he'll let me know how it works out.

Anyway, I had never tried layering with Pilsner Urquell before so I picked up some for the Super Bowl.  As the picture shows, it layered very nicely under some Shiner Black lager. BTW -  Guinness over Urquell is called a Black Czech.
